Chart House restaurants are among the best for seafood, in my opinion (for a chain at least). Each location is extremely well-decorated and is in a location that makes the drive, wait, and prices worth it.

I've been to a few, including Malibu (which is right on the beach) and Lake Tahoe, Nevada (in the mountains overlooking the lake). Every location has the same great food and service. My favorite here is the steak and lobster. It's pricey but well worth it as their method of cooking, their recipe, and presentation are near perfection. Also good is their salmon, often served with rice and a sweet peanut sauce.

Sometimes it's nice to dress up a bit and head out to an upscale restaurant. And whenever I'm in the mood, Chart House is where you'll find me!
