El Torito (Spanish for "the little bull") is a Mexican restaurant and bar chain primarily in California. It is owned and operated by Real Mex Restaurants, also has locations in Oregon and Arizona, as well as Japan.

The restaurant is most famous for its large combination plates, as well as its wide selection of drink choices, including large Margaritas. They are often found near large shopping centers.

Enjoy El Torito if you have one- we lost all of ours in our region and wish we had gone there more before they disappeared!

Not a fan of their food, but their drinks? Another story.

El Torito claims to serve authentic Mexican food, but ask any Mexican for their opinion, and they'll pretty much laugh in your face. While the restaurant does serve huge platters, many of their ingredients and choices are not authentic. Besides, most of it is overpriced, anyways. There is one big "but," however: their drinks!
