I wanted greasy noodles. And all I got was the grease.

Let me start by saying I am a fan of junk food. Grease, butter, sugar, and salt all make my top ten list of favorite ingredients. But Henry's Hunan was a test even for me. I recently started working in downtown San Francisco and was still familiarizing myself with the neighborhood. I told my boss I was graving Chinese food, in particular noodles and had no idea where to go.
