About as Chinese as 'The Mummy 4', but more enjoyable

If there's one cuisine that reigns supreme, it's Chinese food. Admittedly, pizza is a close second as a 'last food on Earth' option, but Chinese manages to blend so many interesting flavors and concepts, that it's a definite favorite. Not being Chinese, I don't have the first clue how to make any of the dishes, and I've pretty much enjoyed everything I've ever eaten in Hong Kong or Chinatown in San Francisco.
