Champagne brunch is offered during the weekends. This is a good place to go if you want to avoid the crowd during the weekends and still get decent food. A variety of interesting fresh fruit juices are available in the spread. The best is the desserts! Main course can be selected from a variety of meats or seafood created by Parlour's Michelin chef. I must admit that the main courses we have had are not extraordinary, despite it being advertised as being prepared by Michelin chef! We did enjoy its desserts a great deal! Prices at Hullet House are high end although if you love champagne, it's free flow for you!
