Cause I Sez So is the second album from the New York Dolls Ver. 2.0. The blues inspired music makes this disc seem like more of a solo David Johansen project instead of a proper Dolls' album. A remake of the band's earlier track from their S/T album (Trash) along with the digital single "Cause I Sez So" make this disc a must buy for fans of the band. Produced by Todd Rundgren and fueled by the smokey vocals of David Jo, the album hearkens back to old school rock n' roll days of the band's roots. … more
