I heard Fuefollet featured on NPR the other day and was compelled to get Cow Island Hop after hearing about the band and enjoying their particular brand of Cajun delights. What sets these guys apart is that they are authentic. Many of them have been making playing creole music from very young ages, and the band has been around quite a while, even though some of the "oldest" members are just now turning 21. They know the music, know its history, know their instruments ... and it shows.    …
