For a man whose personal philosophy was really an open-ended journey into higher consciousness, it is sadly ironic that so many of the reviews for this excellent career-spanning collection are so remarkably contentious with recriminations flowing through song selection, sequence and an alleged oversampling from a very narrow band of his work - specifically, All Things Must Pass and The Concert for Bangladesh.
