Devil Hunter Yohko can be described as "Sailor Moon for boys," in that it's an anime about a girl with magic powers who kills monsters, except it has bloodshed and female nudity and much less sugary images. It's not a masterpiece in anime, but as a "mindless fun" anime, it works quite well because not much in here feels overdone (though the last installation in this OVA is pretty mediocre, but you can skip it). I stumbled upon Devil Hunter Yokho back in the fall of 2008 after getting really drunk. When it arrived at my house about a week later, I just put it behind the rest of my anime DVDs and forgot all about it until a few days ago.
