Probably the best show on TV...

Not only is it filmed in and around Austin, TX - where I call home - but it appeals to such a wide audience and is simply gripping television. I mean, if my wife (an avid sports non-fan) loves it, you know it's gotta be good. Sure, it's about football. But it's about much more than that too. This is one of the rare shows on tv that seems to have it all!

This is a show that I've really come to enjoy watching. Thank goodness for tivo since Friday Night Lights is on Fridays on NBC. This is one of those well rounded shows with different layers. The quality of this show is really based on the writing and character development. You really buy into the characters and the things they're going through.
