Do you love Jon and Kate Plus 8?

  • Jun 20, 2010

I don’t know about you folks, but I loved watching Jon and Kate Plus 8 on TLC. Although, they are not together now, back when they were together Kate wrote her first book called “Multiple Bles8ings” and I was really interested in the behind the scenes and the “what you don’t see” on tv.
So I got my copy for 1 Christmas and decided to start reading it. Once I started I could not put it down. It was very interesting because it tells you how they first started their relationship and what they had to go through to get pregnant. Then once Kate got the twins it talked about their life with the twins and how Kate wanted to have one more kid and what they had to do to get to that point. Then it talked about when Kate found out they were pregnant with the sextuplets, then life after the sextuplets.
In this book, Kate talks about God and how the scriptures and verses from the bible helped her get through everything. She talked about the people who helped her and Jon when they had the sextuplets. They were people that you did not see on tv or nor did she mention them on tv. She went on with the scheduling, the worrying about the sextuplets and the twins.
I really liked this book, normally I am not into books about people’s lives, but this one caught my attention especially since I was a big fan with their tv show. It helps you see a different side of Kate also that you don’t always see on tv. It kinda shows also, why she is the way she is on tv. So if you want to read more into the lives of Jon and Kate Plus 8, you should definitely read this book.
