Even though the Rugrats would have gone down in quality by alot by the late 90's until its end in 2004, there were a lot of episodes from the first half of the 90's that ranged from good to great. During the 90's Nickelodean started showing what they called Nicktoons. They had shows that came on besides say, Ren and Stimpy and the classic Merry Melodies.
