CALL OF DUTY: MODERN WARFARE 3 is basically an extension of CALL OF DUTY: MODERN WARFARE 2. Most of the gameplay is virtually the same and there aren't any major improvements or changes in graphics and sound. There are those who will be disappointed that the game isn't more "realistic".
