I can't say enough about these game (and the rest of the Lego games by Traveler's Tales) in an age where it seams that games are either sports or violence or Guitar Hero this is a game that I can sit down with my son and play. We bought the original game when it first came out when my son was 2 and we can still play it together. I've bought it for the original X-box, the PSP, the DS, the X-box 360, and the PS3 and have prepaid for the 3rd installment. It has enough humor oriented for adult players …

Sure, the game looks simple and juvenile, but the grown up in me likes the Star Wars references, easy playability and classic John Williams soundtrack.    This game bundles levels from both the newer "prequel" movies as well as the original Saga that I spend hours emulating as a kid.  The design and writing is clever and the levels have enough of a unique feel to keep the game feeling fresh as you progress through the movie chapters.

We purchased Lego Star Wars for our kids as a Christmas gift and both our 5-year-old Son and 7-year-old Daughter love it. Neither of them are even into Star Wars but they love it anyway. There are so many boards to complete and puzzles to figure out and many different vehicles to drive. There are also unlockable characters so your kids can pick which character to be. This is a sure win with the kids. I have uploaded a few screen shots so you can see more of the game.
