This is a pretty bare bones game, but even so it manages to be pretty fun. It's a conquest game, where you control one of six Star Trek races and attempt to conquer the galaxy. It doesn't resemble the Star Trek franchise story at all as all of the races compete against each other and don't form alliances. Despite that, the races do tend to resemble their on-screen counterparts; The Romulans are isolationists, the Klingon Birds of Prey fight surprisingly well, and the Dominion is almost unstoppable. …
