I've heard of One Manga many times before but I never bother to go check it out.  My friends would always talk about it all the time and mention how they're all up to date with Naruto, Bleach, One Piece etc.  But for some reason, I just never bother to check it out.      Around last month, I finally decided to check out the site and see how it is.  As described by all my friends, its a huge collection of translated japanese mangas by fans.  They're usually …
