Now you don't have to have another application running!

I really like how the new Tweetdeck for Chrome works. It pretty much exactly like the desktop version and you can sync up your accounts and even merge accounts into a single column. For example, you can merge your Facebook feed with your Twitter feed! Here's how it looks:
I also prefer using the browser version since I don't like having too many applications running and since I usually use Chrome anyway, it's even more convenient.
One feature that I like about the Chrome version is that it shows a small preview of twitpics underneath the tweet. It's really convenient and saves you from having to click on it to find out what it is.
Problems: The earlier versions had a problem with the merged columns where it would not allow you to unlink the Facebook and Twitter feeds but it appears to be fixed now. Other than that, the only other problem I've encountered is that sometimes, the feed will stop running but this has only happened twice since I've installed it and the problem was remedied when I closed and reopened it.
Recommendation: I definitely say try it out especially now since it appears that they've fixed a few bugs!
