Extreme Winemaking!

The first time I've had a taste of icewine was in the Okanagen valley of Canada. In the beautiful city of Kelowna, I had my first taste of this amazing wine in a vineyard with the awesome view of the lake as its backdrop.I do not recall the name of the vineyard but I don't think it's Inniskillin.
