Jury's Still Out on Roblar Winery: Pre-fabricated or Just Fab?

When Roblar Winery first appeared off Highway 154 in Santa Ynez, I thought it seemed out of place. I was so used to frequenting small, boutique, family-run wineries that I was thrown off to see such a big building for a winery I'd never heard of.
