Lead singer Dennis Deyoung simply has a great voice. He is no longer with the band, but the songs he wrote with them will live on forever.

I played a few Queen songs I liked from "Sheer Heart Attack" the other day. The title track anticipates punk, "Brighton Rock" is great fun compressed into 4 dizzy minutes like a thrill ride, and "It's Late" in the same time elapsed feels epic as it moves in and out of styles. Thanks for this reminder; why not add comments about why you like these ten?
