I'm pretty sure this panel should required for all attendees. There were only 18 participants in the group this afternoon, but there were hundreds of tips shared. Pressure points to relieve headaches; supplements to help with digestion, hangover recovery, and sleep; eating and sleeping hacks; stretching; etc.      Bottom line: drink way more water, eat more vegetables, and think about what you are touching.      Realize that it is very difficult for your body …
