Twitter as a Creative Platform

I don't think that slowly crafted, premeditated tweets are necessarily the best. Once acclimated to the Twitter environment, it becomes possible to peg some tweets or their posters as being manipulative. This is because the tweet can sound "too manufactured". The spontaneity of tweeting can provoke the most creative talents whereas pre-planned tweets can come off as deadpan or simply unauthentic. Yes, the slow-stew approach can be as effective in tweeting as it necessarily is in professional writing but to hone Twitter into a guild arena for testing bits for wider ambitions could transform Twitter from a free-wheeling fun house into a sterile, occasional forced laugh. Slow tweet but mix it with fast, rapid fire, off-the-cuff tweets. This is the true beauty of social media. (written in 1 minute; spell-checked)
