Christmasy RED!

I did a list on green inspired by Devora and to my surprise, many on Lunch are interested in it! How interesting, green must be the color of the day! Well, Christmas is around the corner and Santa is always in RED, so I thought why not? What's hot for you? Here's some of what turns me on!

Ferrari S.p.A

A sport car! RED is definitely the color for this baby. For some reasons, a sport car doesn't seem like a sport car unless it's in red! Well, that's what I thought as a teenager. Still, a RED Ferrari?!!! I certainly don't mind having one for this Christmas, Santa!

Red Packet (Hong Bao)

Ok, this is the backup. No Ferrari for Christmas? A Red Packet during Chinese New Year is just as great! $$$, cash or cheque is fine with me :-)

Valentine's Day

Single or married, Valentine's Day is a day for lovers and for those in search of love. Love me, love me, love me! So, it's a day for L-O-V-E!!! A great day for gifts and chocolates! Who wouldn't love this day?

Japan

Japan is where I'd love to be in. Be it to live, to shop or to go for a holiday. It's #1 for me as a country because many things in Japan appeals to me (not so sure about Japanese men but I could be persuaded, lol...). Anyway, it is here to stay on this list no matter what!

Diet Coke

I wrote an entire review on this. Need I say more? Sustenance for life!

Chili Sauce

Sweet and sour, Sambal Chili, anything that's hot and spicy, for Asians (esp. those from South East Asia), it's heavenly! I probably need to write an entire review about this if I'd like to share about all kinds of food that is yummy because of chili sauce but just for starter, French fries and fried chicken are great with Chili Sauce, as with Meat balls and Chinese Carrot Cake!

Shiseido The Makeup Shimmering Lipstick

A woman who goes out without one is not quite a woman, is she? Although I think the men do find it sexy too! So, considering the amount of lipsticks sold to each woman over an entire lifetime, I'd say this is a RED hot item!

Japanese Lacquerware

When it comes to gifts, you won't go wrong if you get Lacquerware for me. Red is the popular color but I do find the gold ones interesting too. They are goldleaf plated, btw. Excellent gift! A little about these lacquerware, it's heat resistant to some degree and great especially if you use them for soups and noodles. However, don't put them into the Microwave oven! That's not a good idea at all! I do love the trays too. Trays are great for TV dinners!

Watermelon

It's green outside & red inside. It makes a perfect Christmas fruit! Watermelon is a thirst quencher, a great way to detox too! So, there you have it, a list for the Christmas Season.

#1 is out of the question for me this holiday season, but #2 is a possiblity since it's my birthday this month, though I likely wouldn't be getting any hong bao till #3 rolls around (I can't believe that Lunar New Year and V-day are on the same day, either!). Nice list, Sharrie! :)
