If I were a witch/wizard

  • Nov 21, 2010
I found some wizard tools which may proved useful to all of us this Christmas season! Here's a list of my preferences. What are yours?
1
Magic Broom
This has to be the most fun tool for me. It gets me anywhere I want to go without having to contend with high gas prices and parking! Yep, all I need would be fine weather for travels!
2
Magic Wand
Do not make me mad or else I'll turn you into a frog! Or worse still, pure air!
Seriously, magic wand would be most useful for gifts this Christmas season, don't you think? What would you like? A dinner at French Laundry? Or even the most sexy partner for the evening? ;-)
3
Harry's Cloak of Invisibility
Want to surprise everyone, this is it! With Harry's Cloak, imagine all the photos you'd be able to take in the museums! Oh, not to mention those jewelries! Well, I'm only "borrowing" it for the Christmas party, they'll be back before you know it ;-)
4
Polyjuice Potion
Anyone I fancy, just for an hour? Why not? That would be fun! But first, one must have access to the person's hair!
5
Time Turner
Too many dates and parties to attend to? Well, the time turner will come into good use during this holiday season, won't it?
6
Felix Felicis
It's liquid luck and we all can do with an overdose of that! Imagine being lucky in all areas of our lives! It beats having to work for everything, lol... Well, for Christmas, we can dream a bit, can't we? ;-)

In any case, Merry Christmas to all at Lunch.com and have a brand New Year full of great hopes!

What did you think of this list?

Hhaha this is so random. I love it. Err actually not so random for the potter junkies community, but totally fun and random that it came up on the home page and surprised me.

Great list. I'd like to see an Invisible Cloak and I'll take one Elder Wand, please.

The reason it's called invisible cloak is precisely because it is invisible. So, you need some special glasses to see it, I suppose! Perhaps it's better to get you an Elder Wand so that you can create those special glasses! ;-)

Hi; per the books & movies, you can see an invisible cloak. It's called that because you become invisible when you wear it. I have special glasses anyway, or else I'll run into light poles! The Elder Wand was demonstrated by He Who Must Not Be Named at the end of the Deathly Hallows film Part I. Boom!

If you think about it though, anything invisible shouldn't be seen! Otherwise, one definitely knows something is in it! ;p

It's hard for me to explain -- when Harry could pick up the cloak and carry it, the cloak could be seen. When he wore the cloak, both he and the cloak would be invisible. It's in the book, LOL.

Oooh, I may have to do a specific Potter list too. Suddenly, I have all these ideas. Thanks for the inspiration and the great list!

That's so wonderful to hear! It's a pretty simple list but if it can inspire, then it's ideal! :-) Hope to see your creative list soon!

Lol... I thought you're not into Harry Potter ;p

I am not, but I like the list. ;)
