Polish origin. A kind of beef-tripe soup which taste Chinese if you ask me. If you've ever tried Dim Sum beef-tripe in Hong Kong or Toronto, you'll know what it tastes like. Very similar to that. Anyway, I enjoyed it so much I ordered 2 helpings at one of the restaurant in Krakow!

It is made with beef tails, be it the Western or Chinese style. Other than that, there's the Indonesian style Sop Buntut as well. I've tried them all and I love them all. It can be filling, so order not merely as a soup but kinda like an entire dish on its own.
