This is one environmental group has plans to include China and India in its global CO2 reduction plans. .

* Beijing already shows governmental interest with strong legislation by banning autos from roads to reduce CO2 emissions
*China has a strong domestic auto manufacturing industry with foreign investment
*Oil sector already has infrastructure that can provide pump space lease to Alternative fuels
The T-Boone Pickens plan to reduce dependence on foreign oil throug Natural gas might have benefitted from knowledge of this group's plan before going to Congressional Hill.
Other Environmental organizations like the Natural Resources Defense fund align with auto industry and politicians to produce plans. Separately these same allies say that it will take decades to make these plans happen or the dilemma of the chicken or the egg is stopping it. These organizations can only ask for donations while delivering nothing but a plan for money received.
So by getting governments to make pump space leases mandatory the CO2 reduction targets are reached in less time. Biking, walking, or mass transit aren't the only options. Pump Space Leases Now makes car drivers friendly to the environment, not the enemies as preached by other environmental groups.
This Environmental group should've been around for Kyoto, Copenhagen, and the EPA's legislation on Vehicle emissions. So many resources not only the Natural ones have been wasted.
