There is nothing like a dinner party with my favorite girlfriends and a couple episodes of 'Sex' after our meal to get back to my roots. A glass of red, a comfy couch and heels kicked off makes for the go-to for girls...
My busy schedule as of late means an earlier bedtime during the hectic work week...Seinfeld is on every night at 10 pm and is the perfect way to escape the day with a little sarcasm and humor. The show about nothing has everything I need...
My top source for current events. I love the round-table discussions and one-on-one interviews. A refreshing, intelligent and entertaining take on politics and news.
Spark up a rolled one of some medicinal and escape...Got to go big or go home when it comes to watching Planet Earth. The breathtaking footage (HD is a pre-req) will have you dreaming of your next travel destination...
The Office is a bit nostalgic for me. Right out of college I worked at a "Dunder and Mifflin"--fortunately, I've followed my dreams and made them a reality and experience a more lively work environment, but this show is right on... Steve Carell's delivery and the epic supporting cast keep me literally laughing out loud! Plus, I can watch 'The Office' on my laptop in my bedroom (no TV in the bedroom is my rule!) on NBC.com for FREE and limited commercials!
Okay, I have to admit. "Hello, my name is Sophia and I'm addicted to 'Intervention.' Again, on my laptop in my bedroom my hand begins to shake as I eagerly type A&E Intervention in my Google Search. (Can't bookmark--this would mean I was admitting I have a problem...) True be told, I've asked myself time and time again why I choose to watch such a depressing show and why I am so enamored by it...Luckily, Malibu is close--if my addiction to Intervention gets too bad I can check into Passages...
