3D technology seems to be the hot topic lately.  Avatar kicked things off with the amazing 3D IMAX presentation of an imaginary land.  Then CES followed up with new 3D projectors, bluray players and televisions.  Even ESPN announced they would be broadcasting in 3D this year.  The problem was that other than dropping $15 at a time...more

I'll be the first to admit that I don't read a much as I should.  When I do read, I enjoy it, but for some reason, finding the time to read has become more and more difficult lately.  For a recent flight I thought I'd purchase a book using Kindle for the iPhone to see if perhaps a technology gadget could get me to start reading again more....more

The Motorola Surfboard DB5101 tends to do one thing, and from what I can tell, it does it very well.  I've had this cable modem  for 5 years using Comcast -> Time Warner Internet and it has done it's job dutifully.  I now get 10mb down and 1mb up from my cable provider and this modem seems to handle it like a champ.   I...more
