Here's an easy answer: Dracula A.D. 1972, the Hammer feature for which Lee and Cushing were supremely polite to yet again resume their recurring respective roles as bloodsucker and elderly doctor. It's horribly shot, acted and devised, merging an impossibly annoying score with awful rock music (at attempt to appeal to modern youth, maaaan)...an obnoxious admixture of bad trends in its otherwise exciting titular year. Lee played the Count a few times further after this one, but it obviously deteriorated his interest in the role. If a worse Dracula movie exists (and it may well), I haven't viewed it.

Some others that come to mind: My Son the Vampire, Mother Riley Meets the Vampire, Curse of the Doll People (there was a vampire behind sending those dolls to the victims).

Phrasing it another way, what are the best vampire movies I've ever seen? For me: Dracula, the Lugosi original, and Let the Right One In. I'd pretty much put all the others into the worst pot, the camp pot or the gore fest pot.

Bill that's an easy one. Plan 9 from Outer Space with Bela Lugosi and the fill-in after he died.

Hmmmm, there are so many that were wretchedly bad and of these many of them are sequels or remakes. However, the worst one... that's hard to say. I guess it's similar to asking what's the worst injury you've ever sustained and the answer will always be, "The one which kills me." That in mind, I'd have to say that the worst vampire movie has yet to be seen. LOL!
