The Possession
This movie had some creepy moments in it but it was not over done which makes it a watchable film for younger viewers in my opinion. Also the DVD comes with great commentaries and behind the scenes stuff like the real story and box so it is a good purchase. I do recommend this film to any horror or exorcism movie fan.

The Possession
THE POSSESSION      This movie had two things going for to gain my interest, the first was that Sam Raimi and company produced it. Then of course there is the obvious reason which is that it is an exorcism movie. That is two reason and good enough reasons for me to this. So when I eventually got around to checking it out I have to say …

Dreamcatcher (Widescreen Edition) (2003)
Over all I thought the movie was good and half of it was strong while the other just wasn't there. The DVD comes with some behind the scenes stuff among other features; I just wish it would have had a commentary. That is the one thing I always look for in DVD's and such.

STEPHEN KING'S   DREAMCATCHER      I am a huge Stephen King fan, always have been and always will be. So when this film was being advertised I was all excited about it. I had really enjoyed the book and this film would have two of my favorite actors in it, Jason Lee and of course Morgan Freeman. …

Superman Unbound (Animated film)
I read my first Superman comic in 1970.  (Yes, I’m THAT old.)  I’ve always loved Superman as a character.  Superman fans have suffered a bit of disparagement over the years due to the fact that most non-regular Supes readers think that the Man of Steel isn’t quite a legitimate hero because he’s invulnerable.  He can do everything.  “It’s …

Arnold Schwarzenegger.  Love his joyfully entertaining movies, think he's a talentless slug, consider him a legend of action movie cinema or hate him for his personal life turmoil and politics-the man deserved better then to have his return to the silver screen shelved till the January dead hours and then have it turn in a loss.  Especially when it's not half bad.      …

Don't be mislead by the Headline, oh and this review WILL contain spoilers, so if you haven't seen the movie yet I suggest you finish off this paragraph then go see it. Again this review contains spoilers so if you haven't seen the movie yet STOP READING, although the Headline itself is a big giveaway,. Anyways on to the review.         …

This was a good event that had some really good matches. Another event that I would recommend to any fan out there. This is a good part of my DVD collection.

WWE   FATAL 4WAY 2010      1.[I-C TITLE]KOFI KINGSTON VS DREW MCINTYRE-prior to this match Vinnie Mac came out and said Bret Hart would not be there tonight because of the Nexus attack from Raw. From there Drew had Teddy Long come out to watch his match. Then of course we get the excellent opening contest between two of the best workers WWE has. …

'Star Trek Into Darkness'
J.J. Abrams made quite a splash when he released 2009’s “Star Trek”. I suppose it was the right approach to revitalize the franchise, by creating a re-boot that gave him all the needed loop holes to do such things. His first “Star Trek“ flick left the ‘space opera‘ feeling and instead went for something that feels more like an action-adventure which was arguably …

I don't know what the critics were saying in their preliminary reviews.  I loved this film from start to finish and am looking forward to the next installment.  As the whole universe changed when Nero attacked Kirk's father's ship in the first film and that Vulcan was wiped out, one cannot expect that these movies should follow anything that the original series and movies did.  …

'Star Trek Into Darkness'
I'm taking a risk in saying I actually liked Star Trek into Darkness.  On a website such as Lunch.com where liking just about any damn mainstream movie (let alone J.J. Abrams) is considered not so good, it's a wonder how much I've come to embrace things.  And while I understand liking Mainstream movies or even praising them is not particularly "cool" with the Lunch.com …

'Star Trek Into Darkness'
Star Trek (2009) re-ignited the Trek world and set it on fire.  Loved it or hated it, no one can deny what a reboot and shot in the arm it was for what was a tired series.  The worst thing that it could be said about it was that it lacked the feeling of mankinds place in the galaxy which the older Treks at least attempted and it was just a colorful action blast.      …

Will (Daniel Craig) retires to live in his dream house with his family, but scary things start happening; it turns out the last residents were murdered and now someone is after his wife and kids.      On the positive side, Craig does a good job playing something besides 007 and there are a few, mild, bump-in-the-night scares. Also, he married his co-star, Rachel Weisz. On …
Superman Unbound (Animated film)
Lois Lane is kidnapped by a small terrorist group which ends with her rescue by Superman and his cousin Supergirl. Later as Clark Kent, he's notified of an object that has entered Earth and he takes off to investigate; this leads him into a quick fight with an android that could be an early sign of an invasion. Supergirl has seen this type of machine before, which leads to her revealing …

Superman Unbound (Animated film)
While Hollywood studios adapt comic books with changes to what their essences are, Warner Bros. animation (DCAU) chooses to adapt stories straight from the comic books. After the impressive two-part adaptation of  Frank Miller's “The Dark Knight Returns”, I do have to admit that my hopes have been elevated to the point where I wish that each adaptation would match it in terms …

the order movie jean claude van damme
It isn't exactly a secret that Jean-Claude Van Damme may be the worst actor to ever walk this planet. But anyone complaining about the performances in a Jean-Claude Van Damme movie is missing the entire point of watching a Jean-Claude Van Damme movie. Van Damme's appeal isn't in his acting chops, but his sheer SWAGGER. This is a man who, between his Belgian accent and seeming inability to take his …

It was on the plane and I switched the channel before the entire movie could developed further as there were just too many good movies this month on the flight!!! Slow start and I think it's probably best watched in the cinema!!!
