Much like any Disgaea game, the best Grinding spot in Disgaea 4 is the last the final Cave of ordeals stage. (Dual Giant magichange can have you leveling 5 characters at once here.)

In case I buy Disgaea 4, are they any recommended grinding spots for starters?

The first few stages are always nice, but the first good grinding place is at chapter 5-2 (second stage in chapter 5) It requires abit of setup, however. in short anything that has Exp+ can pretty much be good for grinding.
