Welcome to Lunch, Albert!  Pizza promoter, eh?  As a fellow pizza lover, that sounds like fun, and I look forward to reading about what you've experienced on the job!  I thought you might like these reviews of wood fired pizza ovens and the Presto 03430 Pizzazz pizza oven, and I don't know how far you travel for good pizza, but I thought you might also appreciate these reviews of Chicago Deep Dish Pizza, Tony's Napoletana in San Francisco, and Di Fara in Brooklyn.  Let me know if you ever have any questions and have fun exploring Lunch, Albert! :)
