Favorite active tennis players

A combination of who is the most interesting to watch, and who I enjoy rooting for.
1
James Blake
Explosive game, comes up with really spectacular shots, not a great server so lots of rallies, good guy. Kind of like rooting for the Clippers though -- rarely comes through in the big matches.
2
Rafael Nadal
Insane level of intensity, incredible footspeed and endurance, plays with honor but also plays with aggression
See the full review, "The greatest grinder in the history of tennis?".
3
Roger Federer
Comes up with the most spectacular shots in all of tennis, with the possible exception of Santoro. Great guy, lots of charitable activity, and a great representative of the sport.
4
Andy Roddick
Not a tremendous amount of fun to watch because his serve is so dominating. Completely reinvented himself in 2009. Best tennis interview of all the active players. Willing to die out on the court rather than surrender.
5
Fabrice Santoro at Roland Garros
Known as the magician, not a lot of physical presence, but incredible talent and variety, and a great shotmaker.
