How does it look? How's the color? Clarity? Head? Clear, very little head, more golden like a pilsner How's the nose (smell)? Sweet, spicy, fruity? Noticeably grassy, no real malt or citrus sweet and no obvious hoppy bitterness How does it taste? Malty? Hoppy? Fruity? Chalky? I’ve been getting into some IPA’s lately, love the hoppiness they have along with the unique taste of the brew themselves as well.  I’ve heard and had some good things about Red Hook brewery and knew I needed to get a hold of their IPA and give it a try.
