I have not yet read it, but I found that Amazon.com has this as a graphic novel (putting the individual comics together). This is the one written by Peter David, correct? I have always liked Peter's style. He has written many Trek novels and comics (Hulk, Supergirl, etc., etc.), so I'm not surprised you like this.
