Yes, I would. She was a ground-breaking comic character in that she fought alongside male characters and was treated as an equal. This was at a time when women in the media made coffee, typed and swooned at the sightest hint of danger.
I'm iffy on TV superhero shows. I just don't think they have longevity b/c they can't evolve like other serialized dramas can. Granted, SMALLVILLE proved to be a bit of an exception to that rule, but that's because the producers cleverly positioned the show during Kalel's formative years (which WAS a bit of genius, despite what naysayers may grumble). Wonder Woman is a great heroine, so I'm just hoping that they can do her justice on the boob tube.
I have been wrong many times about things like this but I think that this show will not last very long on tv. Women heros just don't seem to do well and it will be hard to do this with the uniform without it looking campy. Still I would be interested in any info posted here.
No joke, first thing I thought of was that Birds of Prey show and how it was way too much talk and not enough action. Wonder Woman would be wise to not follow the same path.
