I've been playing Rock Band 2 for the past month and trying to write a review without comparing the two is impossible. I will try to keep the comparisons to a minimum and review the Guitar Hero as I experienced it.     Gameplay:     Guitar Hero lets four friends rock out to some of the best songs in rock history using drums, lead, bass, and vocals. I love GHWT, it is great fun for everyone, has great songs on it and the drum kit is cool. I am a complete GH addict, i play it everyday.

This is actually the first Guitar Hero game I have ever played, so I can't compare the game to the previous versions. As far as the hardware, the wireless guitar that comes with this kit works well and I've never had it mess up on me yet. It seems very responsive and is built well enough that I can jam on it without thinking it will break. As for the game itself... it's really addictive and has some great songs that are done really well. What I mean is, the button fret combinations are really fun …

Until a couple weeks ago I'd never played any of the Guitar Hero games. It's true! Somehow they'd completely passed me by. Well, a couple weeks ago one of my friends lent me one of the games and a controller, and since then I've learned the glory of the game! "Guitar Hero World Tour" is my first foray into the "Guitar Hero" world. I must admit that I was a bit nervous in the beginning, but after playing just the intro to a few songs, I began to feel very comfortable with the guitar in my hands.
