Resident Evil Code: Veronica X was a good way was a good way to end the series, if it has truly died out because of Resident Evil 4 and RE 5. In the year 2000, Sega's Dreamcast was doing fairly well in the hardware department. Unfortunately things for the Dreamcast went south once the Playstation 2 hit the stores and as a result, Code Veronica wasn't really experienced by too many gamers.
