Great Variety

Boom Blox has been a great success in our house. We've had it about 6 months and it still gets regular play. It's been the biggest hit with our 10 year old, though our 7 year old has enjoyed it as well. While some of the levels our 5 year old can play, for the most part he lacks the attention required to do about half the different game types. It's a great two player game. As adults we've stayed very entertained with it as well.

Boom Blox has a rather large variety of games. Whether they're knocking blocks out or over with a baseball or pulling blocks to score points, there are many different variations which keeps the game fun. Additionally, it's not mindless. There's a great deal of strategy and cause and effect involved.

The animation, though cute, is simple. Overall, we've been very pleased with Boom Blox and would not hesitate to recommend it to someone else.

BOOM BLOX, is the first game developed in collaboration between two giants of multimedia entertainment, Electronic Arts and director/producer, Steven Spielberg. Spielberg is obviously a master storyteller and so knows a thing or two about blockbusters, but he also no stranger to the gaming world. A long-time gamer himself, he conceived the original idea behind Lucas Art’s PC/Mac titleThe Dig, but busting theseBLOXis an entirely new concept.
