Some of my favourite cities that I've had the privilege of visiting!

1
London, England
Ethnically diverse, staggeringly huge, world class fun, museums, art and a near endless pub-crawl filled with world class beers!
2
Bath, England
What do you get when you combine Georgian England upper crust snobbery with two thousand years of Roman history? Visits to still flowing hot Roman baths topped off with a visit to the local restaurant for high tea and scones? Where else ... the city of Bath, of course?
3
Paris
Culture, art, history, classical music, wine, food, scenery, and night life ... all with that certain French "Je ne sais quoi"!
4
Sarlat, France
Chestnuts, cuisine, paté, wine, prehistoric neanderthal sites, breathtaking scenery and medieval French history! A fabulous one week visit!
5
Top flight classical music, museums, castles and art galleries; hike the Vienna Woods; shop in a safe, comfortable pedestrian only "downtown" zone; and enjoy a huge selection of beer and wine!
6
Taormina, Sicily
2000 years of Roman and Greek history, Moorish influence, and Sicilian hospitality under the eye of the most active volcano in Europe.
7
Budapest, Hungary
Castles, parliament, art galleries, the baths, the Danube River and endless construction as they exit the Communist regime!

Apartments in Retiro (a barrio or neighborhood)
Learn to Tango, dance the tango, watch the tango or learn about tango; Look for Evita Peron's grave at the Recoleta Cemetery; Take in a raucous soccer match; Max out your cholesterol count with the astonishingly decadent meat dishes; Try the ubiquitous mate tea and bargain for a souvenir gourd Succumb to the allure of an afternoon coffee and cake; Discover the joy of contemporary Latin American art; Take in Plaza de Mayo and discover that Argentinians protest at the drop of a sombrero; Mull over a fine Mendoza Malbec; or Simply indulge in people watching in the almost innumerable beautiful parks! A vibrant European style city with a distinct hospitable Latin flair! Beware of the pickpockets and the "bird-shit" scam!

Wow, you're quite the traveler!  I've been to less than half of these cities, but hoping to visit them all in my lifetime.  I'd love to hear a bit about what you have to say about these cities! :)

Stay tuned, devora. I just put the list up. I'll try to add a micro-review of each city over the next few days.
