I remember when I first seen this movie with my husband on HBO and automatically fell in love with it. I wanted that film instantly and long and behold my husband got it for me. This is definitely a guilty pleasure; The movie takes place in a weird kind of Hollywood limbo; it supposed to be a biographical film but we never see Crawford at work (except for the title sequence) or with any other stars.
