My Fave & Most Visited Websites

To compile this list, I need not look any further than the bookmark toolbar at the top of my browser.  Pretty much all of these are there.  I didn't include the essential Google, Gmail, Google Maps, (can't you tell that I love Google? :P), but those are a given!  Check it out, and you can even make your own to see how we match! :)
For those of you who are reading this and know me and/or have seen my Lunch profile, is it any wonder? ;P
My brain is a total sponge for new knowledge and information. Especially of the random variety :) But hey, who knows, it could be useful someday. I can spend hours just reading article after article. The best/worse part are all the links in every article that leads to another article leading to hours spent on Wikipedia.
This is a great tool to give information, get information, and converse with tweeps. Oddly, this is where I get most of my news, whether it's about politics, entertainment, pop culture, etc, the second that the story breaks. Then I check it out on a reliable news source to confirm it. twitter keeps me so up to date!
See the full review, "I can blog from my cellphone!".
This is like the original twitter, except among a more private social network (at least for me) with more means of sharing and getting information besides 140 character sentences. For busy folks like myself, it's a great way to have a tiny connection with my friends every day to tide us over until the next time we chat or hang out. Keeps me in the loop with my buddies, and like twitter, I can give, as well as get, information.
This is where I get my news fix. It's not exactly the most hip and happening, most frequently updated place unless it's a major news story, but it is reliable and gets the job done.
Another source for tech news. And this isn't stuffy, total nerd news either; it's geeky humorous at times. I actually don't go their their actual homepage much. Instead, I follow them on twitter and when an interesting headline hits the feed is when I read and RT. The people behind this are the same people behind CrunchBase, which is a great place to read up about startups.
I love photography! And as an amateur photographer doing it for fun, this is a great outlet to share and get feedback, as well as inspiration. It's also really super easy to share my photos with friends whether they have accounts or not.
See the full review, "The Best Photosharing Site Out There".
Great directory for finding local businesses, especially eateries, and for connecting with local folks. In my neck of the woods, there are restaurant reviews aplenty.
See the full review, "Yelp Demystified".
My not-so-guilty pleasure. When I'm feeling a little frazzled or bummed out, nothing perks me up quite like ONTD and their cornucopia of celebrity gossip and snarky comments!
