While I think District 9 itself is a +4 film, I think the artbook is a +5.  If you're a fan of the movie, you'll love this book because it's loaded with detailed concept drawings, AutoCAD drawings, physical props, and 3D models that show the evolution of the characters, creatures, and technology featured in the film.  If you're a guy like me, who loves to collect copies of artwork for reference in fiction projects, this book will be a welcome addition to your bookshelf.

Finally, as a metalhead, I think it's safe to assume that the concept artist in charge of conceptualizing alien designs is a metalhead since there's two drawings of people wearing Napalm Death and Meshuggah shirts.
