Pros: Meg Ryan

Cons: not realistic, did not ring true

The Bottom Line: Another tired movie for Meg Ryan. Same character, same quirky nature, same everything. It's like she is stuck in a Harlequin Romance Novel. Only the scenery changes. Tsk tsk...

Plot Details: This opinion reveals no details about the movie's plot.

Meg Ryan is always "cute" and it's hard not to like her. But....she plays the same character in this film as she does in most of her films, loveable, bumbling, beautful but in a dippy way.

This film is aimed at the "Sleepless in Seattle" crowd looking for another light weight romantic comedy. Sorry, but this isn't it.

There is nothing terribly wrong with this this film, it's just very light weight with a LOT o fluff. Basic jist of the film is two people who can't stand each other fall in love. Sound familiar.... yes, "When Harry met Sally" is a pretty accurate description. Same old story for Meg. She could do this role over and over and over. Hey, I hope the money is good for her.

Bottom line - I don't recommend this film, everything was forced and it didn't flow well. The lines that some of the characters laid out were really bad.

Don't waste your time or money on this clunker. Wait till it comes out on the cheapy theaters or video.

His uncle has told him that on his "thirtieth birthday he had become a blemish to the family name".

The Duke finds Stuart Besser (Liev Schreiber), an amateur physicist (and descendant of Leopold, according to deleted scenes) perusing his schematic diagrams and taking photographs of them. He had seen him earlier at Roebling's speech about the Brooklyn Bridge. Leopold ...
