The footwork, the spins, the jumps and the individual styles. It's great to see over the years how each country comes up with their respective advantage over another and how the pairs progress in real life. Lots of real life love story in this sports too. Beautiful and elegant sport!
I love watching ballroom dancing and when it comes to ice dancing, the colorful costumes, the story behind the music and the energetic display of sportsmanship are wonderful to watch. It's the most fun sports in the Winter Olympics where I'm concerned! :-)
In the Men Singles, we see how energetic and skillful the skaters are. The spins are faster, the jumps higher and the body extensions a lot more. It's exhilarating to see when a skater managed to perform the most difficult axel successfully!
I discovered a new passion for this game. This is the first Winter Olympics which I come across this competitive game. It is fast paced and constantly moving, that's what I like about it. Strategic placement and skills are what make this such an excellent game to watch!
I was introduced to this sport when in Toronto. The Toronto Maple Leafs is a professional ice hockey team based in Toronto and is worth as much as $470m. The most valuable team in the NHL. Ice Hockey is a highly competitive game and a little too rough for my taste. However, this has to be Canada's national sport!
I didn't think I'd have enjoyed Short Track but after watching the Ladies 1,500 m gold winner Zhou Yang's exciting win, it's like watching a miracle in action. That's addictive :-) Zhou Yang was the only Chinese contestant in the event, the youngest, but what a spectacular win that has been!
