A commercial garden (more like a park considering its size) recently built near the casino which is best viewed and photographed in the night. A newly popular tourist attraction in Singapore and had the Prince and Princess of Cambridge as visitors this morning. Annual pass is available for both locals and tourists. Unless you go visit more than 3x a year, it's not worth getting one. Also, most of the gardens is free of charge, except for the 2 conservatories (which are indoor) and skywalk.
