Relaxing

Whenever I think of Folk music I think of relax..low key music and Mark Darling def suits this very well. I listened to the song that the other reviewer posted, "seagulls". I can really imagine myself on a beach, relaxing in the sun listening to this..add a margarita to the list and ill have a perfect day!

Undiscovered Indie Folk Gem

Mark Darling is a two-man indie folk band featuring brothers Mark (vocals, guitar) and David Darling (drums). They write short, mostly acoustic tunes that juxtapose relatively simple songwriting with poetic lyrics and soaring, delicate vocals. For me, the highlight of Mark Darling's music is the singing, which is reminiscent of Jeff Buckley.
