Another Pounce Cat Treat Goes To The Dogs.

If you have animals (preferably dogs and cats) like we do, you probably want to give them some kind of treat from time to time but how do you get lucky enough to purchase one that you know that your cats will like. There lies the problem, you have to spend to find a treat that your picky cats will like. These could be the best treat in the world and free, but if your cat does not like it then they are worth less to us. Thank heavens that we have a few dogs that act like garbage disposals. Our dogs will anything and again another failure and the dogs are the beneficiary of this, so if we fail at a certain treat then at least the dogs are happy. You can find this at just about any grocery store or pet supply store for $2.19 for a 6.5 ounce jar, Pounce Caribbean Catch Tuna flavor, is produced by the Del Monte Pet Products. This should only be used as a snack and not the main diet source.

Ingredients
This has wheat flour, animal digest, corn gluten meal, beef, water, glycerin, chicken by products, torula dried yeast, dried egg product, calcium sulfate, animal fat, tuna, fish protein concentrate, soy  protein concentrate, potassium chloride, salt, phosphoric acid, dried cheese product, fish oil, natural flavor, sorbic acid, titanium dioxide, guar gum, soybean flour, red 40 lake, caramel color, yellow 5 & 6 lake, blue 1 lake, and BHA.

Guaranteed Analysis
This also has crude protein minimum of 15%, crude fat of minimum of 7.0%, crude fiber maximum of 1.5%, and maximum of 35%.

Description and Experience
This product is basically only smells good to animals, as for humans this does not smell nice at all. But, hey, who am I to say what smells good. This has three different types of shapes one is a fish, then another is the shape of a different fish, and last but not least a star. All of these treats are different colors, a light tan, pink, blue with red stripes, and are moist and semi hard when you try to squeeze them. These are also about ½" in diameter.

Just like us you are taking a chance when you buy a treat for your cat. Unlike a dog, where they will eat anything, cats are very finicky, and of course our cats ore no different,  it is hit or miss when it comes to treats. In this case I don't think that our cats realize that these are actually treats, but our dogs don't care and don't know that these are cat treats they just gobble them up if we offer them a treat. These also come in a 6.5 ounce flip top plastic jar that can be recycled to help the environment.

Conclusion
In our case we are stuck with some new dog treats, so we make sure that we only purchase small samples ,and we continue to try and find which treat will make our cats go crazy when you open up the container. No matter, what the companies make them look like, if you have a picky cat, then you will just keep trying to find a treat that makes them happy.  These may make that cat on the television go crazy, but it does nothing for our cats. They don't even eat them if we toss them into their food bowl, and not even if we try to use them as a treat or training treat. These do make a good dog treats for training. The minute that our dogs hear the bottle of treats rattle they come running and beat the cats to the punch.

I don't think we've tried this one yet, and after your review, I'll probably avoid it. Thanks. Our cat already has let us know what his favorites are (various Whiskas Temptations), so we keep buying them. Funny thing is, he gets tired of them after a while, and we have to switch it out with another treat for a while until he gets bored with that.
