No matter where you train your dog in DA, as long as they have a good trainer and are out-going, they will be happier and healthier for the expierance. I have been training my lab in agility for several years now and I firmly believe that she is benefiting greatly from this style of training. She has much less pent up energy, and has even become more obedient as a result. As an additional benefit, she has lost weight from all the running and jumping that DA requires. Agility is the way to go!
