Loved this book! Enjoyed the chemistry between the hero and heroine. I think it's great that Min isn't a skinny rail, but a real women with real curves. And I love that Cal falls in love with her because of that! Most people didn't like that it wasn't as sexy as her latest novels, but I enjoyed the banter and flirting between these two great characters. There was a lot of great secondary characters also. It's a must read!

Faking it is another great light romantic comedy by Jennifer Crusie. I loved the characters, and the dialogue was witty and sparkling. The book reminded me of screwball comedy movies. Her characters are believable and fun. Great book and I would suggest buying it because you will want to re-read this book again and again.

Boy (JT) likes girl (Lucy), girl (Lucy) likes boy (JT), people are trying to kill them. A messed up sister Daisy, a hilariously precocious kid Pepper, Moot the alligator to keep an eye on things and even eat a few bad guys. (You'd never see this in one of Crusie's solo books but, hey, the bad guys really deserve it and it's not gorey.) Lucy's trying to finish up directing a movie, JT's a Green Beret on leave brought in as a stunt double for the lead actor but ends up working for the CIA trying to find the bad guy who's backing the movie. GREAT BOOK!!!!!!!

I have to say this is another great book from the duo Jennifer Crusie and Bob Mayer. Her witty writing and his blow up violence just seem to work for me. =)

Another outstanding read from Crusie. I laughed so hard my sides hurt! Crusie's books are always funny, but beneath the humor is so much truth that her stories always make you feel and think both. Her style is exuberant and fun, but Fast Women is also about the prices of divorce--and marriage--and what love really means. Highly recommend.

You know it's a good book when you laugh out loud and cry at the same time. It has the right mix of suspense, humor, sarcasm, sexual interludes, and interesting characters that end up making it a wonderful read. This novel has all of the warmth and charm readers have come to expect from Crusie.

Pretty good. I enjoyed the plot and the characters, although I thought that Ms. Crusie had a little too many subplots/side stories. Not as good as "Tell Me Lies" or "Fast Women" but an altogether enjoyable book.

As always, Jenny Crusie is hilarious on the subject of modern romance, and as always, her humor has a sharp point on it. Nina is newly divorced, newly forty, and newly aware of just exactly how much her body has changed since the last time she had a date. She meets Alex (with the help of her adopted basset hound Fred) who lives in the same apt building as her. He is the worst possible kind of man, he's sexy and much younger, but the sparks fly between them.
